RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in a as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card if applicable.

* Contact us to request permission to return the goods.
* Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason.
* Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the 28th day after the goods were originally despatched to you.
* Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Returning Faulty Goods after returns period
Should a fault develop with a product you purchased from us within the first year of ownership please contact our customer services team at [email protected] or telephone 0191 359 2098 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Please have your invoice number ready together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed.
